During the heating phase, when the speed of the main engine reaches 15m/min and reaches the predetermined temperature, the cloth can be operated.

When loading the cloth, it should be noted that the two ends should be as flat as possible. When starting the Stenter host, you should ring the bell to notify the rear operator, and when the cloth reaches the rear of the car, wear the cloth at a slow speed and tighten the fabric. The front staff should be ready to cooperate. Remember, the position of the machine's cloth in and out should ensure that its safety cover is intact and stable to prevent accidents.

During the operation, if any problems are found, the equipment should be shut down immediately without negligence. In addition, the grey fabric must be sewn and knotted to prevent damage to the rubber roller and cause safety accidents. If the operation is over, the Stenter equipment should be shut down as required, and the cooling requirements should also be notified to the hot-load heat transfer oil furnace before shutting down. Stop the circulating fan first and open the door to cool down. If the temperature drops to 80℃, it can stop.

In the daily operation process, the staff need to maintain good working habits, especially to regularly check the heat transfer oil pipeline in the oven, such as oil leakage, should be dealt with in time. In addition, you should also do a good job of disinfection and care for Stenter and keep it in a stable working state.

It should be noted that whether it is disinfection or adding lubricating oil, it should be carried out after the equipment stops running. If the Flat Screen Printing Machine is in operation, do not wipe the chain, brush the needle plate, wipe the roller, etc. to prevent accidents.
